In an effort to create ways to help Covid patients and the people who are treating them communicate across the difficult communication chasm created by masks,, face shields, medications, intubations, PPE, etc. etc., CERV members Sarah Blackstone and Harvey Pressman have headed up an effort to develop a variety of practical communication aids that can be used by nurses, doctors, EMT's and other health care providers under the reality of the conditions they face. These materials are available in a growing number of languages. including English Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, etc. You can find these materials at
