Bidders’ Conferences for Grant Competition

CERV is pleased to announce that we will be conducting two bidders’ conferences for any and all agencies considering submitting proposals under our $300,000 plus grant competition for county non-profits serving vulnerable populations. These conferences will be held on successive days, the first in Monterey (9/30) and the second in Salinas (10/1).

  • Monday, September 30, 2019. 1:30pm - 3:00pm at the Monterey Public Library, 625 Pacific St, Monterey, CA 93940, in the Community Room.
  • Tuesday, October 1st, 2019. 11:30am -1:00pm at the Cesar Chavez Library, 615 Williams Rd, Salinas, CA 93905, in the BHC Room.

At the bidders’ conferences interested parties will be able to learn details and ask questions about any aspect of our request for proposals (https://www.cerv501c3.org/pages/request-for-proposals). Also, resources regarding emergency readiness training for vulnerable populations will be on display.

CERV is committed to the idea of providing an equal playing field to all throughout this competition. We are eager to respond to any questions and concerns in a timely fashion.

To reserve a space at one of these venues, please RSVP with the name(s) of people who will attend from your organization.  Also, if anyone will need assistance to participate in the meeting due to a disability as defined under the ADA, please let us know what you need by September 23, 2019. All Monterey libraries are accessible.

You may respond via email to CERV501c3@gmail.org or call Harvey Pressman, Project Director at 831-649-3050 with questions and to request an accommodation.
