January 2021 Storm - Request for Financial Support

Please complete the information below to request financial support. You are eligible if you were impacted by mudslides/debris flow caused by the River River. Funds are made available from the Fire Relief Fund held at the Community Foundation for Monterey County and from the California Fire Foundation. Funds are being distributed through the Community Emergency Response Volunteers of the Monterey Peninsula.

To be eligible for financial support, we must receive your request BEFORE May 1, 2021. If you are unable to fill out the form online, please download, complete it and mail to CERV @ 1 Surf Way, #237, Monterey, CA 93940.
