Listos California Making Headlines Statewide

This week Univision 34 Los Angeles captured a live Listos California disaster preparedness training held by our San Bernardino area partners, and hosted in-studio interviews with program leads to discuss the campaign in greater detail.

In case you missed it, Listos California was featured throughout Southern California on Tuesday night thanks to dedicated coverage by Univision 34 Los Angeles social justice reporter Julio Cesar Ortiz. Mr. Ortiz visited with our partners at El Sol Neighborhood Educational Center in San Bernardino and filmed an in-depth disaster preparedness training session with local residents.

Check out the story below:

Early Wednesday morning, El Sol program leads stopped by Univision 34's Los Angeles studios for back-to-back interviews that were featured during the station's morning programming. Laura Cortes and Alexa Valero sat down with A Primera Hora's Gabriela Teissier and Annabelle Sedano to talk about Listos California and our grassroots efforts to better prepare all Californians for disasters such as wildfires, earthquakes, and floods.

Check out Wednesday's coverage below:

More coverage this weekend! Don't miss it!

Tune in this Sunday Feb. 16, 2020 at noon and 2 p.m. PST, to catch another segment featuring El Sol program lead Laura Cortes talking all things Listos California during the Al Punto California program. The program airs on Univision stations across the entire state.
